Welcome to the official website of "Education Boards Bangladesh", This website contains information about Education Board Bangladesh and its organizational structure, wings, functionality, and resposibilities. This website also contains information about Education Sector Development Program of Bangladesh. There are nine Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education are responsible for conducting the public examinations such as Secondary School Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate level public examinations. The Boards are also responsible for the recognisation of the private sector educational institute.

SSC and Equivalent result will be published on 9 May, 2013 of Prime Minister will Consent declared by subcommittee of inter-board. Less than 8 general education boards, vocational and Dakhil boards almost 13,03,203 students from 27,073 educational institutions have participated in the SSC and equivalent tests that started on 3 February, 2013 & end on 5 March, 2013.

This year  a total of 13,03,203 students participated in SSC and equivalent. Among them 6,68,268 are boys and 6,34,935 girls. 14,20,057 students participated in SSC and equivalent last year. So, this year 1,16,854 students reduce than last year.

Additionally, 2,25,026 students sat for Dakhil among them 1,15,662 are boys and 1,09,364 girls examinations and another 88,360 students sat for SSC (Vocational) among them 64,124 are boys and 24,236 girls examinations.

For the first time this year, there were 'creative questions' in all the papers except Bengali second paper, English first and second paper, General Mathematics & Higher Mathmatics.

There are 10 educational board (8 General education boards, Vocational and Dakhil boards), 27,073 educational institute & 2,758 examination centre.
